I am a devoted husband to my extraordinary wife of over 22 years, a father of Six incredible daughters, and one healthy, strong boy. It is my main purpose and calling in life to strengthen, empower, influence, and inspire others to develop a mindset of growth, resilience, and personal accountability.
I have worked with 1000's of women, in person and online, coaching and serving to the best of my ability over the last 2 decades. I have learned what works for women to build lean muscle, boost positive self-image, and balance hormones in the process. I have also learned what doesn't work. Through all my experiences and expertise, along with my business partner, Crystal, I believe we understand women and their deep health needs.
My childhood and teen years were far from ideal. Drugs, alcohol, pornography, and an addiction to pain influenced destructive behavior and created a mindset and unhealthy habits that were extremely hard to change.
Through nutrition, exercise, finding my purpose, and spirituality, I've completely overcome the self-destruction and healed body, mind, and soul.

No problem! The 28-Day Movement Guide is designed for all levels. Whether you’re just starting out or already active, you’ll have easy-to-follow movement ideas (from gentle walks to strength exercises) plus a calendar with built-in rest days to keep you consistent—not overwhelmed.
Many women experience fat loss, reduced bloating, improved energy, and noticeable relief from joint pain and inflammation during the reset—especially as the body begins to heal and the metabolism resets. While weight loss results vary, the biggest win is often how much better you’ll feel: lighter, less achy, more energized, and confident in your own skin.
Everything you need is outlined in the reset guide and can be found at any grocery store. We do recommend optional supplements and essential oils that greatly enhance your results, improve gut health, and reduce stress, but they’re not required.
